That makes harvesting a controlled activity under regulation 70(3)(c). The assessment is required by regulation 69(5) for harvesting on the cutover in the orange zone, which on this property is 66.54 ha of 312.40 ha — of which 41.07 ha lies outside the indigenous forest and protected land that would not be harvested in any case. The remaining 245.86 ha is not made a controlled activity by this finding.
